It’s good to be back in Australia building links for my UK clients with local recruitment specialists.
Particularly following Brexit, there’s an increased profile for antipodean connections between specialist recruitment providers including with regards to high calibre candidates and global clients.
These connections enable my clients to take advantage and secure 1st contact with high-calibre talent and client opportunities without yet having the global footprint.
This works as well in reverse for those ‘local’ businesses for whom I’ve introduced global opportunities.
These are truly ‘win-win’ solutions!
Following several weeks of success ‘up north’, I’m now in Melbourne.
